The Fair Work Charter

We are very happy and proud to have signed up to both the National Living Wage scheme and the Fair Work Charter championed by our new best friend the Mayor. We think it's super important that we don't just provide jobs but decent paying jobs that enable our staff to live full and happy lives. Now more than ever, this is not as easy as it used to be, which is why we have signed up and urge our peers to do the same.
